homey atmosphere, huge selection

I have been shopping here for almost 30 years. They ALWAYS have what I am looking for. The owners and staff are helpful and friendly. Don't go to Petco or Petsmart, where you will pay alot more.

Great Variety and Prices

Love this store. They carry a very good selection of truly premium foods. Not the run of the mill, by-product filled foods found at Petco and Petsmart. Their prices run between $10.00 - $15.00 less per bag less than found elsewhere.

Great Place to Shop for Dog Supplies

I was surprised to read the review of the person who said that a man at the Buzzard House was rude. Perhaps the caller was having a really bad day. I have always found them to be helpful, and they go out of their way to review dog food ingredients with me when I have a dog who is a picky eater. Plus they REALLY know the dog food and products, and can help suggest different options for feeding. My family of show dogs loves the Buzzard House!!!

rude!!!!

I recently contacted the Buzzard House with an inquiry about an antibiotic for my animal, I briefly explained the injury to the man that answered the phone in hopes that he could possibly make a recommendation based on his personal opinion and he was not only unhelpful but rude as well.

Absolutely LOVE the Buzzard House

The Buzzard House came recommended to me through the breeder where I got my American Bulldog. They are nothing short of WOW!!! They are truly VERY helpful and knowledgeable and are totally worth the drive even though there are "commercial" pet stores around where I live but SOMEHOW they do not treat you the same as in this place. They also carry supplies that other shops do not have.
