Stole CDs from my Truck

Came in to have my brakes looked at and when I left I noticed (2) of my CD's were missing. Asked Mark P. (President of company) and he said they were not responsible for any items left in the vehicles. If they steal from customers, just think what they can do to your car!

Satisfied

My experience has been positive over the 9 years that I have taken my vehicle to Uptown Auto Care - a vehicle that now has over 100,000 miles. My mechanic -Scott(?) has always answered my questions and explained what was necessary and what was not. On occasion they have replaced a bulb here and there without charge. When some dud manufactured brakes that Uptown installed went bad after 6 months, they replaced them free of charge without me pointing out the warranty. The few semi-major repairs of note that I have had are consistent with what other escort owners have reported who do not go to Uptown Auto. While I cannot speak to someone else's experiences, I have been satisfied. The guys working there may seem a little rough and tough around the edges, but have been as more or less courteous as any other mechanic has ever been and more willing to answer questions.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

They had my car for 3 months and when I finally got it back there was a bracket sitting in the engine that was never mounted back on, when I called and complained they gave me a coupon for a free oil change!...
