Usually great

One time when I didn't want a scalp massage (I never do) and the guy ignored me and started massaging my scalp anyways! So I told him to stop, and he got all pissy about it, walked away, and left me sitting there for about 20 minutes. I guess he was offended - weird. I just walked out without saying a word. The other 10 times I've been there its been great though. I like the hot face towel.

Guy Getting Married

Saw Seong Heui and she rocks. I don't normally spend the dough on this sort of thing but it was defintely time for a change and clean up. I don't normally write reviews and usually see a barber. Just got back from seeing her and very good job at a reasonable price. I probably shouldn't have bought the product, (we will see if I use it) but the cut itself was well worth it. She is very good, polite and professional. In and out in 45 minutes didn't feel rushed at all nor did they push me to buy the product. Cheers

Bad customer service

I waited over 20 minutes and no one even bothered to apologize. When I told them I was leaving because I had waited too long, they could care less. They obviously don't care or know how to treat customers.
