All too typical rapacious lawyers.

Don't do business with them. Don't sign anything they request. If you get any legal papers from them, get your own attorney immediately. They'll give you the runaround, tack on hundreds of dollars of additional 'fees' and take you to court anyways no matter how responsive you try to be.

Worst Attorney's Office EVER!!!!!!!!!!

This is the most absolute worst Attorney's Office to deal with. First of all Vini is RUDE and they won't return your calls to try and settle anything.

Rude

Evidently, one of my medical providers submitted an outstanding bill to this firm. Upon receipt of their letter I called and explained this bill had been paid, on time, and I never received notice of anything different. Vini was rude and implied I was lying. I was able to provide verification that it had been paid, on time, and the error had been on the medical providers end. No appology received, no thanks for all the stupid crap I had to do to prove they made the error.

Hard core debt collectors

I was one week late making a payment and was served by a processor, even after making the payment a week late.

Great attorney!

Caring, professional, thorough. The basics behind a great attorney. Beyond those basics, Mr. Erickson and his office staff were great handling my needs and completing the tasks we needed to accomplish. Highly recommended!
