I was beside myself

My best friend and I had a very important event sat night. She told them about it and how important it was for her dress to be done. They said they would have it ready, but when we showed up to pick it up (an hour early) they were closed with NO NOTE. My friend was so beside herself that she actually cried. Then they made her pay for her dress. That is not how you run a business. They did not maintain their part of the deal and she should not have to pay. I will NEVER use this place ever again!
