Not a Good Business They dont have it together!

My complaint is not with the Doctor it's the Staff (Rhonda). My appointment was Saturday the 20th of December. All the office staff left before my appointment was over. The Doctor and his assistant was all that was left. They could not answer my questions regarding how my insurance would pay for Contacts. Then because all the staff had left they could not finish my Appointment and I could not pick out Glasses. They could not take My Copay. And set me up a second Appointment to finish my Exam two weeks out. The Assistant stated that my insurance covered the contacts at a $25.00 copay. This is not the story I got Monday Morning. Monday Morning It was your insurance don't cover the contacts, and you will have to pay for the fitting, copay, and the eye exam totaling est. $110.00. Because Rhonda said she could not give me a total till after she filed the claim. All of this could have been avoided if they could of answered my questions when I was there for my Appointment. They just put my off. So when I asked for the Office Manger She was out of town. And there was no one who could handle my issue. When I asked why they couldn't give me that information on Sat. before they all left Rhonda's comment was we file insurance complimentary for patients if you want to know your benefits call your own insurance company. This is not a way to run a business.Then when I went to pick up my prescription noted on the bottom was (Dr. Talley please sign patient gave us problems on Sat.)
