THEY SEEM TO NEED A BETTER TRAINED STAFF. WHICH WOULD BE POSTIVE,SUPPORTIVE AND MATURE. TELLING CHILDREN THEY ARE A EMBRASSMENT TO THEM AND RETARDED IS NOT WHAT I CONSIDER A GOOD ENVIORMENT TO CHILDREN!!!!!
