I am a patient of Dr. Bonilla and Dr. Santos since 2004 I was trying to get an appointment for my daughter after one month I was able to make it. I made sure I had the time of the appointment correct since I had to request time off from my work.when I got to the clinic the Male at the front desk told me that my appointment was for 10 am and that he left me a message to remimd me. first of all, he never called to remind me because if that was the case I would of showed up to my appointment at the correct time according to him. I am very disapointed with your scheduling system. I am sure that he told me that my appointment was for march 31th at 3:45pm. You probably are not going to do anything about it but, what about costumer satifation does that count?
