Food is Great, Service is Horrible

My husband and I have gone to this establishment on several occassions. We went b/c we were told the food was good. However, no one told us how bad the service would be. We dediced to go back b/c anyone can get bad service once and we wanted to give the place another shot. We thought the service could not possibly get worse. Well, we were wrong. The service was so bad that we were embarrassed to keep having to remind waitress about food. We said well the food was good lets give it one more shot. To make a long story short, we went back about 3 times and by the time we left we were so upset that it ruined the meal. This last time, the waitress asked us what we wanted to order but she never brought us a menu. She brought me my salad with my dinner---isnt it suppose to come before dinner. Our appetizer also came at the same time as dinner. Once our food came, she never came back to our table to see if we wanted refills on our drink. We kept having to flag her down for everything. We will never go there again. The food is good but it is not worth the aggravation.
