completely ignored by dr. o. caballero and his nurse

in mid-april, following my first appointment with orlando caballero -- who i paid in full -- promised me, via telephone that he would call my prescriptions into my insurance company. not only didn't he do so, but he then went away -- a fact he hadn't publicized. by the time i found out that he hadn't honored his promise to me (i.e., i hadn't received any medications), i discovered he had gone away. worse, he'd instructed his answering service NOT to take messages! furthermore, he left no covering physician!! he returned may 1st and i've been calling his office countless times since. his 1 assistant doesn't answer the telephone. but her outgoing message promises to return all calls by 5 PM that same day. yet nothing. during their lunch hour, there's an answering service with whom i've left messages (during business hours). still nothing. i just called the service at 8 PM tonight and they told me they're instructed not to take messages regarding prescriptions. so how am i to reach this impenetrable, teflon physician who obviously doesn't care about his patients?
