I only have one phone number for HGI. I call daily, no answer. Unable to speak with anyone, all mail boxes full, you can't leave a message. HELP!

All Mailboxes Full Forever

Have been trying to contact for two months. All mail boxes ar full including the Operator. Still gone from Gustav???? Two months and no wire transfer.

Phone mail stinks

Disappointed. Settlement experience was efficient (but a little on the cold side). Could not leave a message or get a liver person on the phone.

More Incompetence and Lies

HGI Catastrophe Services is a catastrophe in itself. Call HGI anytime and they will assist in compounding your frustration after almost three straight years of "Road Home Program" incompetence. Frankly, they will never even answer their phone or return messages. HGI is a perfect example of exactly what we have come to expect of practically everything and everyone here in "THE BIG EASY".

Does anybody work there?

I have tried calling for the past two days and the only sound that i hear is my ringtone. I also tried calling their branch in laplace and was just referred back to the previous unanswered number. I feel like i am in the DMV but within the comfort of my own home, lol
