These apartments are in a very high crime area of Mesquite and burglary, car theft, vandalism, and robbery occur on the property frequently. There is no security of any kind. Even the outdoor security lighting does not work most of the time. Management does not seem to be even slightly interested in the safety of residents and maintenance may be the worst in the state.
