The physicians are top notch, but their scheduling process is a nightmare. They tell you when they want to see you back, but then the front desk is unable to schedule you for any time within that month due to over booking. So they put you on a call list, telling you they'll contact you later to schedule an appointment, but then they forget to call. So here it is a month after the call expectation. When I finally give up and call them, they schedule me yet another month out. That's 2 months after my doctor's desired follow-up appointment. I like them, but wish I didn't have to jump through so many hoops to see them.
