I've been eating at this restaurant since they were located in downtown Mesa. Unfortunately, I don't plan on returning. The last few times I have gone there, my dining experience has been ruined because I am seething by the time I reach my table. Their hostess staff is extremely rude, and is less than honest. We had a reservation for a large party, and they made us wait for 1/2 hour and copped HUGE attitude with us when we inquired why we weren't seated yet (and yes, they used the "your table is being prepared" line with us too). No smiles. No apologies. They just didn't really care. I suggest they stop hiring snotty teenagers from the affluent neighboring areas, and hire people who actually care about customer service. Every establishment may have a bad day now and again, unfortunately, at Rosa's sucess seems to have gone to the hostess staff's heads in a HUGE way.
