they fixed our 23 ft. ford 350 delivery truck, it was making alot of loud noise. they discovered it was the fly wheel. they tightened down the fly wheel. it stopped making the noise. three months down the road, it began making the same loud noise, wetook it to a mechanic we trusted and found out john's had tightened the fly wheel too tight and broke two of the connection places out. we had to replace the fly wheel and this had a very big pricetag. we confronted the technician and he said he did not do anything wrong, talked with the manager/owner and he backed the technician up and would not do anything about the poor repair. during this same time frame we had our car fixed by john's. we had a message come across our dash. we took the car to johns and they told us the knock sensor was bad and charged us $500 for this repair. we went to five mechanics in the meridian area and they all told us that the part they changed hardly ever goes bad. we confronted the owner again and he would not do anything and we did not recieve the bad part after the repair. we feel this was a dishonest repair.
