I went to plug in my cell phone charger into the cigarette lighter and nothing happened. I took it into Heritage because I always use them. Dave there has always treated me right before. I showed up and Dave was off this day, I dropped it off and was able to pick it back up later that day. For the price of $60 Tony the owner told me they took out a dime which had been placed in the small lighter hole, and that is what was preventing the charger from working. I realize one of my children must have put a dime in the hole and that must have stopped the charger from working. I don't understand why I was charged $60 and I was told that that's how much labor it cost to pull out the dime.I have never been back since.
