Overcharges for a very simple service which you could do yourself in several minutes. Basically, Mr. Hoppe asks for half the amount of the property tax reduction he gets you. In my case, all he did was write a letter saying that the purchase price of the home was less than the assessed price. Obviously, this takes no more than a minute or two, and for half the property tax reduction he probably made $5000 an hour. Save your money and do it yourself!
