Naturally Curly or Wavy Hair

If you have natural curls or waves then you want Teresa Callen as your hair artist. No one has ever cut my hair like she does. I found her on a naturally curly website and have been going for five years. She cuts curls dry and has read the book curly girl. She's a true artist!
