Manager M Maples unhelpful

Store is OK till you need help that only a manager can provide - Mr Maples seemed irritated that he had to help. Not a good experience - and will not be back.

Bookstar is my favorite Memphis bookstore. I like the layout of it, the coffee shop attached, and the helpfulness of the sales associates. I can always find what I need. It is big, but not too big.
