They sounded very competent on over the phone. I explained the urgency of my situation and they came out the same day! After waiting over a week for my estimate, they promised to get it to me in a couple of days. It has been two weeks. I was told my estimate was lost, but found and was promised to have the estimate in no later than two days. It has been four days and I am still waiting. No call, no follow up...nothing. In the meantime, my insurance company is still waiting for me to send an estimate. By the way, I had a break-in in my home. This company has only added insult to injury. They are unprofessional with no heart or empathy. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT COUNT ON THEM, DO NOT TRUST THEM.
