Hidden Excellence

I work at a hotel near this restaurant so naturally I like to try the local, non-chain, eats. I picked up a to-go order of the cajun shrimp and it was lovely. I went back a week later with friends. We enjoyed the whole experience. The service was excellent. The bartender knows exactly how to make the best Bahamma Mamma I have tasted. I started with the Crab Soup and the spices made it so full of flavors. It was wonderful. I ordered the Jerk Chicken as an entree.The chicken was not over-cooked or over-spiced like most places. It was juicy and so so so good. The presentation of the plate was beautiful too, I almost didn't want to mess it up by eating it. I was expecting the waitress to bring my entree out to me but instead, the chef did. I thought this was just the cherry on top. All together this restaurant would recieve a perfect score from me. Service, atomosphere, and the best food for miles and miles.

Best in Town
