Spectacular evening

The briarhurst is a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet evening with your spouse or loved one. The food was fantastic and the service was great.

Very Special Evening out!!

Me and my husband ate at the Briarhurst for our 10th anniversary and it was one of the most Romantic evenings we've had. The room we were in was intimate and beautiful, very different from most other restaurants. We both enjoyed our meals, very unique, and loved the wine that our server suggested to us. We had a great time and would recommend the Briarhurst to everyone .

The Briarhurst Rocks!

Not only is the Briarhurst a beautiful historic property nestled in the shadow of Pike's Peak; the food is exquisite! Specializing in wild game, the variety of uncommon fare is artfully prepared. Service is formal without being stuffy. The Briarhurst goes to lengths to make diners feel special.
