Although the employees on University Ave are polite, the bank policies keep changing and fees have been added and raised, but not disclosed openly. They were remodeling during the bail-out and that was disgusting and tacky. 2 new overdraft fees today because my check did not sit in there long enough (3 days) before the automatic insurance withdrawal came out. This bank is not for the people.
