I dropped off my car around 9am to get the front and back brakes replaced. I had to call 4-5 times throughout the day to check on it. Once I arrived to pick it up at 5pm, the mechanic had just started working on it! One week later, the brakes weren't working. On 3-4 occassions the car brakes just wouldn't work when I was approaching a stop. Before my brakes were replaced, my car never became this dangerous to drive. Again I took it back to the shop and the mechanic spent all day trying to replicate the problem by driving my car around the city (on my tank of gas!) Since they couldn't replicate it, they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and sent me home. Again another entire day wasted without my car and they basically said it was issue to deal with. I would have been better off with my old brakes!
