Martha Lake Curves gym

It is so refreshing to have found this club. I am pretty self conscious of my body and the club makes me feel comfortable and I have already started to be able to see and feel a difference in my appearance....

30 minutes is a breeze

Well ok...so they were right (my sisters) it is easy to accomplish a couple of months of the circuit. I was scared to even try honestly. I now have new friends that I look forward to working out with weekly and no men is GREAT!
