Horrible Service

Ok most stores will tell you when you buy a product if we know their return policy...so i bough hair extensions, jessica simpson, not a good color and too thin for my hair. I bought 3 of them, and Only Opened...

Stick to selling merchandies, not giving facials!

I was shopping and decided to get a facial. B.W. is a waste of $$. When you pay to have a facial you want them to do what you can't, get blackheads out, freshen skin, etc. Holly didn't spend enough time...
