DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

Renting from TLC is an unwise decision! Take it from someone who lived in one of their houses. While we lived there we paid the back houses water for 8 months due to error on TLC's part, once they credited us the money for the water they tried to get us to pay 75% of the bill from then on and the guy in the back pay 25% because our house was bigger. There is only one water meter on the property for both houses and they refuse to put in another one. The fence surrounding our house got run over during the day while we were gone and after 3 phone calls they still haven't fixed it. They tried to evict us for being one day late on rent! Our lease is up and we are moving ASAP! Personal opinion, DON'T RENT FROM THESE GUYS!
