Horrible Job

Our experience with the Maaco in Lubbock, TX was extremely disappointing. They promised certain repairs would be done and then didn't deliver. Everytime they gave us a day that the truck should have been ready it was not. It was always 2-3 days later than the date they gave us. They do not seem to know the meaning of customer service. To have the manager argue and yell at a customer just doesn't seem right to me....especially when the customer just wants what he was promised. It's obvious in spots that chipped paint was touched up with different color paint. We don't recommend Maaco in Lubbock to anyone and urge friends to go somewhere else.
