Awesome Florist

This florist has been in business over 30 years, and I have trusted them with weddings, special occasions, and funerals. The designers are tallented, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The review listed for the unhappy person is a total lie. The wire order was refused because it was out of our delivery area. The people contacted were rude and unhappy because we did not deliver. We went through the wire service correctly . Please take this review off our web site. thank you

Worst florist in Lubbock

Ordered through teleflora. These folks could not find delivery location, then called and said it was too far, when tried to discuss, they hang up. Called back nicely to see if we could still work something...

Horrible Experience! Stay Away!

Apparently working around flowers all day does nothing for these folks attitudes. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, the delivery driver even ruder and hang up on my dad in midsentence. Needless to say, my daughter never got her Valentine's Day flowers all because of Devault's Floral and Gifts. I paid extra through teleflora.com 2 days ahead of the holiday rush, and they refused to deliver after the driver got lost and they were the most abrasive people I have ever talked to, and I was not rude in any shape, form, or fashion. I could not believe how awful their service is. Spent my $, got nothing but hung up on.
