Love the staff and doctors, great medicine

Every time I take my pet for a visit, the staff are wonderful. And the doctors give very thorough exams, explain everything they're doing and make sure all my questions are answered. My pet recently had to have a dental and teeth pulled.I was a little worried about the anesthetic but it went smoothly without any problems and she woke up quickly and even ate that same night when I took her home. They gave her tons of pain medicine before, during and after the surgery. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby.

Cutthroat Billing Practices

I have no complaint with the quality of care provided at this facility, only with their cutthroat, overpriced, billing practices. Be prepared to be systematically milked of every last dime you have for which they demand IMMEDIATE payment or they will humanely offer financial euthanasia for your pet (at an additional charge)even after you have already spend thousands to keep it alive at their facility. These people's compassion comes at a high price and evaporates the second you need a day or two to find alternative financing to keep your pet alive. If you go, you will receive excellent care, but it will come at an exorbitant price and you'd better come prepared to pay thousands or allow your pet to die in your arms.
