Carrabba's Italian Grill originated from a love of food and family. Founders Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola designed the menu from generations of their own family's recipes, which are prepared from scratch daily in an exhibition-style kitchen. The cuisine is based on traditional, Sicilian fare with an inventive twist of bold flavors, which are inspired by the founders' Southern upbringing. Our dishes are created from only the freshest, seasonal ingredients and many favorite recipes are cooked on our signature wood-burning grill.

great service, great variety

They have something on the menu for everyone. Bring your appetite because the portions are generous. The fresh bread with seasoned olive oil is worth the trip alone. We get the sicilian chicken soup every time. For something a little lighter try the Tangliarini with chicken.

Great grilled entrees

Can't order anything but the Chicken Bryan each time I go here! (Have tried the dishes of several other guests and they're all wonderful, but this is my favorite - Chicken Pollo Rosa Maria is also heavenly.)...
