3 of 5 stars. When it's late and you don't want total crap food, Bristol is a very viable option.

4 of 5 stars. Always pretty good to me. I've never really had a bad experience at The Bristol, and it's open late which is a good thing for a rock n' roller like me. Dinner is what I usually head to The Bristol…

2 of 5 stars. Let's face it - this is a restaurant that has devolved into one thing - green chili won tons. Seriously, folks, do they make anything else worth discussing? We already know the outcome if you lived…

3 of 5 stars. The atmosphere at The Bristol is really what we're buying. I always feel like I should be discussing grown up things like the impact of rubber manufacturing on the sexual revolution.

5 of 5 stars. The Bristol has adopted a genius strategy: why not stay open late, offer reasonably priced wine to get people in the door, have them drink themselves hungry, and then let them contemplate the…

5 of 5 stars. I LOVE The Bristol! One of my favorite places to eat dinner in The Highlands. I always get the same thing: the pork chop with fried potatoes. An ice cold Newcastle compliments the dinner. The Caesar…

A Louisville Safe Haven

Out of the places that have come & gone and the ones that that have changed over the years, The Bristol is one of the few left I really like in Louisville. Like many patrons, I also go weekly. Service is...

Great meeting place.

Wonderful food and a great place to meet after or before the theatre. etc. I like the Hurstbore location, partly because I live in the area and the decor is excellent.

Best Restaurant!

It's my husband's and my favorite restaurant in Louisville. We generally go weekly - sometimes more than once a week! The food is great and the service is fantastic.

Delightful!!

This burger, even when cooked well done, is juicy and delicious. It's unique bun (english muffin) certainly does not take away from the taste of the burger. By far, it is the best in town!
