HORRIBLE! WATCH OUT!

Best to find another dermatologist

I went to Dr. Rosenbach's office several times and ended being very dissapointed with his services. Not only did he have a nurse see me instead of himself on most occasions, but had a nurse see me who knew very little about my condition. In addition to this Dr. Rosenbach's billing department is very incompetent. I received bills for days I did not go and when trying to figure it out cannot reach anyone since he uses a billing service that seems to be run by a computer. Even after paying I still received bills for the amount I already paid! Oh and the parking in his super high rise century city building is super expensive. He only validates for the second hour so you pay the high price for the first. I would avoid this doctor and see another derm. Pros: The view from his office is the only pro Cons: Not good with patients, bad customer service, bad billing, parking expensive
