many years back when i was an oddity, dr. mark used his theories about ibs and bacterial overgrowth to try to help my motility as i already came down with rare form of colitis and still ibs also. i wasn't cured of the ibs or bacterial overgrowth but he was so helpful and always wanted to help. since then, i have been diagnosed as gluten intolerance, still working with norman panitch, my gastro, in the south bay and dealing with whatever comes my way...like adding hypothyroidism to the mix as well. dr. mark is the kind of dr who truly cares about patients. thank you, barbara tadokoro
