RECEPTION AREA NEEDS TO SMILE MORE

Nice place. But, the lady from the kennel that brought my dog up was not very friendly. Seem to have tension in the air.

Great and caring staff

Great! They were open on a Saturday afternoon when no one else was and the staff took a lot of time with me. In addition my dog was spared the thousands of dollars quoted to me for unnecessary back surgery...

looking elsewhere for doggy care

nice, but not as friendly or warm as other offices i've been to and i left with an overall dissatisfied feeling. maybe it was just a bad day, but i'm looking elswhere for better service.
