Tracy and Merry Ann Webb founded "The Rib House" on July 5, 2001. This is family owned and operated restaurant brings the secrets of Kansas City barbecue Colorado. Both Tracy and Merry were born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. Tracy's authentic Kansas City barbeque has made "The Rib House" one of the best barbecue restaurants in Colorado. Tracy trims all of the fat off of the meat so that it is 99 percent lean. It is slow hickory smoked so that it is melt-in-your-mouth tender. His baby back ribs are cooked to perfection. This process takes 36 hours to complete and ensures that the meat is tender.
