This realty owns/manages property on Hidden Branch Drive in Sugar Hill, GA which is alarmingly overgrown with kudzu. They have been asked repeatedly but do nothing to maintain the property. It is a haven for rats, mice and snakes on a street where hardworking middle class people live. We are forced to put up with their lack of service to their own property. My question is this: If Gwinnett Dekalb Realty cannot service what they own, How can anyone expect good service on what they are selling?
