false promise

Talked to a sales man David Wehrheim, wanted to Lease a Camry he offered me a new 2009 Camry with Zero down and $199 a month filled out a credit app i was told they have already pulled a car out for me. When i went in to the dealer ship the sales man was gone and Manager Bierle Chad told me that he don't know where David got the numbers from thay can't give me the car David told me i am gona get it for, Bierle wanted $2613 down with $228 a month.
