Carter's is the best place to find inexpensive clothing that is very cute. They always have great deals and a nice selection. Only complaint is that it is hard to manuver a stroller in the store.

This place at the Leesburg Outlets has some decent Carters infant and kids clothing at good prices.At the back of the store, they also have some cool Carter plush toys and other toys for infants. Good everyday...

The Carter's outlet is great but look carefully at the sizing. My 31 inch eight-month-old is still comfortably wearing a 3-6 month sleeper.

This outlet is often difficult to maneuver with a stroller as the aisles can be cramped. Even so, prices are good, and continual sales occur. Returns can be made at any time.
