I liked Red Dragon Express

Great place to go for fast Chinese food. It was very good, and I liked it much better than Panda Express, it was affordable and fast service. I went there for lunch on my lunch hour and will definitely go back there again. I had the orange chicken as one of my entrees and it was better quality white chicken and tasted alot fresher than other fast food Chinese that I have been to in the past.

Customer service was bad

I ordered food for pick up. When I got there the order was not ready. I was extremely upset about the way I was treated. I had to explain my order twice on the phone and when I got there I had to explain the order again. When I got home with my order it was wrong and I was over charged. As I sat down to eat the food was luke warm. I called told them about the food and that I was overcharged because an item was missing. The individual answering the phone was rude and told me they gave me the correct order. No refund, no apology, no credit...guess what no more orders!!!!!!!!!

great customer service, good food

Great customer service. The food was delicious. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Quick and convenient. I enjoyed my experience at this location and I would eat there again.
