I got my hair dyed and highlights/lowlights, and I have never had the experience of having the skin on my cheeks, forehead, neck, and ears dyed dark brown for a week. I'm SO GLAD I decided to wait until right after New Years to get my hair done there, or I would have looked terrible. The girl doing my hair was nice and taught me a couple great things about styling it, but seriously- don't dye large blobs of my face along with my hair. Considering my face was dyed, I don't think I should have paid $150.00 plus tip. More like $75.00 to compensate for me having to stay away from public places for a few days.

I only came to this horrible salon because I was driving all the way to Arrowhead area and I live in Laveen...The service I asked for color on my roots.....I left the first night verbally telling the manager I was not satisifed..my highlights were spotty did not match what I already had..if you lifted up my hair it looked like leopard spots... next morning I called the manager to tell her my highlights all looked like leopard spots and the front of my hair was a different color than the back. She said to come back in and that they would fix it....When I get there they tell me how they are going to correct the problem...4 hours later at 8:30pm ( they close at 7)I literally left in tears as the front of my hair was now GREY !! and the back of my head was red...I creid all the way home and coildnt even sleep i am now sitting at work with the front and back of my head different colors..I am waiting for the manager to get in so Ican ask for my money back..so I can go get it corrected..after reading all the blogs I am surprised they are still in business...to be cont...about my refund

Actually, the worst haircut in memory. I phoned ahead and asked for a stylist with curly hair experience. I was told yes, all stylists were experienced with curly hair. NO! My stylist assured me she could cut curly hair. Trying NOT to be annoyed with her constantly calling me, 'hon', I let her do the dirty deed. She cut and cut. Now, I have an afro on top, more like a birds nest. The lower layers (don't even match with the upper layers) and have no shape. Blowing my hair straight and using a straight iron is my only option. Unless of course I use her recommendation of more product. My hair was nice and curly and pretty BEFORE. I have 8-10 months of growth just to get it back where it was. Try Mane Attraction or Rolf's. I always get a good cut, and never get called 'hon' by somebody who is at least 15 years younger than I am. They are worth the extra $15 and the drive. Laveen is still in need of a higher end salon.

Most of the girls are really nice which is cool, but I really dont think the services I got were worth the cost. Its really expensive! I wish there were another salon close by :(

I have searched high and low for a salon that I can trust my hair to. I have made several trips to this salon, along with my girls, and we have always been pleased. I would highly recommend!

I just really did not think that the amount of money I spent on my hair was a fair price to what I received. Every one was really nice, but I was not happy with the quality of the color that I requested. I dont know whether I would recommend this salon to anyone, but I know I'll not be returning.
