ruined my hair

I went to this location to get a trim. I had gotten a great haircut at another Great Clips location and all I needed was for it to be trimmed maybe 1 inch. I asked the stylist if she knew how to do an A-line haircut and she said she did. She LIED. The layer we completely uneven and blunt. She cut my hair along the wrong part line even when I tried to correct her. She said that wasn't the part line of the final cut. Well that messed up the whole hair cut. I left with sopping wet hair so I didn't see how horrible it was until I got home. I cried the rest of the day. I did go back and get it fixed by another stylist, but even she admitted it was pretty screwed up for what I asked for. I have to grow it out for the last 4 months just to be able to attempt to fix it again.

Average Haircut

My husband and I get our haircuts at this location. They consistantly do a decent job. We've never had a bad experience, but never a great one either. Most of the staff is friendly.

Our family gets hair cuts at the Laveen Great Clips. We always have great service.
