This was a disappointment

First, we waited forever. There were 6 of us... me, my daughters, and 2 friends. The meal was a disappointment across the board. The steaks were all overcooked. We had a much better experience a night later a Chilis, which is not typical. We will not visit this particular Outback again.

Service

On the evening of Feb. l6, 2008, we planned to enjoy dinner at the Outback Steakhouse at the Aquarius. The hostess informed us that it would be a one hour wait, which was agreeable with us, and we were given a pager. The pager went off in one hour and we were seated promptly. The waiter served our cocktails and appetizer in a timely fashion. However, after waiting forty-five minutes, we questioned the waiter about our order, at which time he brought us salads which we did not order - they were for a different table. After another forty-five minutes, we complained again about the wait, as we observed other diners be seated, order, eat, and leave. He then told us our dinners were on the way - when they arrived, they were not our dinners. At this point, we left your restaurant, without eating, and very disappointed. We have dined at Outback in our area many times and have never had this experience. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in the Outback at the Aquarius. Charles & Donna Peterson
