Rudest Sales People

I recently visited Red Shoes in search of shoes for my wedding, I found the perfect pair in this store, but the sales people were so rude to me that I walked out of the store. I will NEVER go back there and I hope that no one else ever does. This was my second time in this store and both times I met the rudest sales people ever

Their defective shoes cost me my audition & my toenails!!

I bought a pair of platform boots for an audition to be a gogo dancer at a nightclub here in las vegas. About 5 seconds into the audition, the tread came apart from the shoe. This caused BOTH of my feet to fall forward and to the front side. In doing so, the toenails of both feet hit the inside of the shoes. When I called the store and explained what happened, they said they do not give refunds and would only do an exchange. When I explained to him what happened and that I could barely walk from the pain in my toes, the manager laughed, began insulting me and said I "should be a comedian since that was so funny." I then proceeded to tell him that it was because of almost falling off of the stage that I probably didn't get the job, he laughed again & said that I "was a horrible dancer and that's the reason." Their customer service is THE WORST I've EVER seen and their shoes are mostly defective, and dangerous!!
