Tried to cancel the policy

Jeff waited over 2 weeks, after I initially requested, to cancel my policy. He waited so long, that another payment was drafted out of my checking account. Shame on him.

Jeff takes the time to go over all your insurance needs. He will sit down with you to make sure that you have the proper coverages. What a great experience! He has a great attitude.
