No Wallet Chains here

I work for the company and have done so for 6 years, not at one time in those 6 years did we ever sell chain walltes, so I think this mad customer has the wrong store... we do anything and everything in our powere to help customers out with out customers there would be no shop.

unpleasnt experience

On 2/12/08, I bought a wallet with a chain for myself. I guess you get what you pay for because it did not stand up to wear for 2 days. I returned it on 2/14/08 after I picked my kids up from school. When I walked in the store, with my 4 kids, I first noticed a male teen-ager sitting "improperly" on the store bench by the shoe section probably texting, if not playing a game on his cell phone. I approached the young man thinking that he worked there and in his professional demeanor said "yeah." I said "I take it you work here and would like to return this wallet for an exchange." He replied "Naw, we can't take that back, but let me check with my boss." An older gentleman appeared, who I presumed to be owner, and I asked to exchange the wallet after showing it to him. He replied "we don't exchange things like that." I asked why not since I had just bought it 2 days prior. He said, "how do I know that you didn't abuse it." I asked what abuse had to to with it and the gentleman said he would not take it back, even if I presented a receipt. Not at one time did he indicate what his name was, or even the kid that was working in the store. They were very rude, and my wife has spent at least $1,500 in skateboards, products and clothes. I recommend shopping elsewhere, and all over a $20 wallet.

Nice shoes and backpacks by CJ A. at InsiderPages

I like this place because they have a wide selection of shoes and backpacks. Fallen, Adio, DC, DVS, Globe, Vans, ES, Etnies and Emerica. One thing I don't like is they don't have is a big selection of videos...
