Made things right

I took my Isuzu trooper to Leo because of a leak. He said that he might not be able to get to it until the next day which was fine BUT 3 hours later he called and told me what the problem was. He did NOT try and replace the whole tranny just did a service and replaced a piston $350 out the door. HOWEVER THE BEST PART IS THIS: after I picked it up and started to drive home it started to smoke and gush tranny fluid...sounds horrible right? Well I called Leo back and it was 7 minutes until he was to close. HE called for a tow (and paid for it of course) and then he and one of his guys stayed and fixed it THAT night. Leo apologized and said that he was in fact the one at fault and even showed me what went wrong. When I got there before they even started working Leo said if they were not going to be able to fix it that night he was personally going to take me wherever I needed to go in the valley that night and that it would be the very first thing they worked on in the morning. Luckily it did not come to that and while it was inconvenient to break down and be delayed that night I know most shops would have been like "oops, drive it back over here and we'll look at it tomorrow." I have experienced that attitude and lack of customer service before OTHER PLACES. INTEGRITY AND HONESTY! You'll find it here. In fact I'm taking my other car there next week! THANK YOU LEO!
