Who are you again?

Almost totally useless. For example, on the day of the signing they had no less than 3 different people take up a part of the signing process. I think person 1 had to leave early for lunch, who was then relieved by person 2, who was then later relieved by person 3. Each person had different "facts" and recommendations for my case. What complete ineptitude. They can't seem to keep a single thing straight. They generally don't answer emails either. Don't bother calling them since they conveniently forget any details of any phone conversations. You had an appointment? If they don't give you a piece of paper to confirm it, don't count on it happening. I literally hate the fact that I chose his firm. Never met Mr. Deluca and never want to now. You and your people are so completely disorganized! OMG!!

Too impersonal

Just because you meet with Mr. Deluca himself does not constitute a personal touch. It seems he was more concerned with speed than listening to my needs and concerns. I won't be using him.

Mr. Deluca seems to really care

I was pleasantly suprised to see how caring and thorough Mr. Deluca was with his clients. He personally oversees each case rather than passing you off to paralegals like most everyone else in town.

Response

Although we find it unfortunate that the previous poster lost her husband, regretably, this does not mean all of the fees for work already performed now become free. She was refunded $275.00 within 30 days. The refund was a customer service gesture, not something she had any contractual right to receive.

Horrific customer service!!!!!!!!!!

I retained with a $1300 retainer fee and canceled after my husband passed and they said they would refund only $275 and never did that and that was after at least 10 phone calls. The last time I spoke to them they promised my money in 3 days and that was a week and 3 days ago!
