I used to HATE going to that Famous, but all of a sudden everyone there is new and the store is running great. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, and even when I don't understand something, they're able to explain perfectly. I was considering not going back-- but now that they're under new management, it's my favorite shoe store again.
