Ridiculous

I waited 70 minutes from the time I arrived and could not get Biscuits & Gravy and Hash Browns. Asked the waitress and never heard back. When I asked for the check, I had to wait longer for a manager approval. Never saw the manager. Still had to pay for coffee. Food has been good in the past and I've waited 30 minutes. Waitresses are leisurely but adequate. I've never seen a manager in the restaurant in 4 trips there. When I told the server that I'd been there over an hour, she said, "If you'd seen how many orders we have, you'd understand..." When I first arrived, lots of people were leaving. Saw another family walk out without eating that arrived after my wife and I. NO food is that good. Went back to work - late - without eating.
